MAIN WOD

“Grizzly Bear”
5 rounds for time
7 unbroken sets of:
1 Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Back Squat
1 Behind neck Snatch grip Push Press
1 Hang Squat snatch

Score: Combined weight for all 5 rounds. All 5 rounds must be completed for score to count.
If the bar rests on the ground during one of the unbroken sets the round must be restarted.
Resting on the back, quads and waist is fine.
