2020 Weightlifting Camps

Frontier Performance is committed to developing athletes. These additional camps are designed to focus on the technique required to develop speed and strength required to perform Olympic Lifts at a high level.

Open Weightlifting Camp

February 15 & 16, 2020

This camp has been designed around developing a robust and consistent lifting pattern and then expanding on it with speed and strength.

An athlete’s efficiency and consistency are paramount to their success.

This seminar includes 4 training sessions over 2 days. Each training session is 90-120 minutes long.

This camp is available to anyone with some experience in Olympic Lifting

Intermediate Weightlifting Camp

February 29 & March 1, 2020

This camp, is open to all FP athletes that have completed a previous weightlifting camp.  Expect this camp to be challenging, but rewarding.

This seminar includes 4 training sessions over 2 days. Each training session is 90-120 minutes long.
