Should you enroll your kid? Check out Derek’s story:
“To me CrossFit is a unique sport for kids. Once the general skills and movements are learned it offers an opportunity to achieve what is possible with hard work and mental fortitude. I saw my son grow as an individual while spending time at Frontier Performance. He was in a positive community surrounded by some exceptional individuals. George went from putting in an effort to trying his guts out. He set goals and achieved them. He was always welcomed by the coaches and other members. He looked forward to his workouts. He saw others and he himself succeed and conquered goals by putting one foot in front of the other. If you’re looking for recreational fitness for your child or an opportunity to push themselves, you won’t be disappointed with the coaches at Frontier Performance.”
