You will have full access to the facility, just as if you were one of our members. Just like our full members, you will be able to pick the time of day or class session you want to attend. Just jump in!

Before your trial period you will not be required to put down any sort of credit card or payment. We want you to come in no-strings attached.

First Olympic Lifting Program

For athletes who are new, we will book a time with one of our weightlifting coaches for some a semi-personalized session.

7 Day Free Trial - Instructions

To start your trial simply choose your location below

  • For your very first session, there will be a questionnaire and a waiver that will take about 5 minutes to complete.

  • For every other session you book, there is no questionnaire/waiver.

Come back to this page to book all of your sessions during your trial.

Important fine print!

  1. Once your book your first session, you have 7-days to complete the trial.

  2. There are two program options “Conditioning Class” and “Team Training”

    • If you’re looking for a structured functional fitness class, choose “Conditioning Class”

    • If you’re looking for strength and/or Olympic Weightlifting please select “Team Training”
